Lemery Works
The first steel sections mill in the Philippines and one of the greenest steel mills in the world
Commissioned in 2026, SteelAsia Lemery is the first steel mill in the Philippines to locally produce steel beams and similar products for various applications such as construction, transportation, and various infrastructure projects.
The mill is expected to address the country’s demand for imported steel products such as beams, channels, t-bars, angles and flat bars.
Designed with the latest generation technologies for the highest efficiency ratings, SteelAsia Lemery produces “green steel” products as the mill is integrated with recycling-based steelmaking technologies and draws power from renewable energy sources. The mill is modeled after SteelAsia Calaca which was assessed by Norway’s DNV as having one of the lowest CO2 emissions among steel plants in the world.
Identified as a strategic investment, SteelAsia Lemery Works was granted incentives and a “green lane” endorsement by the Department of Trade and Industry’s (DTI) Board of Investment One-Stop Action Center for Strategic Investments (OSAC-SI).

Meycauayan
Works
Located in Ciudad Industria in Bulacan, SteelAsia Meycauayan Works houses two rolling mills named M1 and M2, Fabrication facilities, and a Reinforcing Mesh production line.
Calaca
Works
The only integrated steel works facility in the Philippines. Calaca works sit on a 17-hectare lot inside the Calaca Industrial Seaport in Batangas. It houses a mini-mill or an integrated rebar line, which is directly integrated with its own scrap-based billet production.
Davao
Works
Located in Bunawan District in Davao City, Davao Works is the Philippines’ largest and most modern steel mill with a 600,000 tons per year capacity. It was commissioned in 2014 as one of two mills in the Mindanao region.
Compostela
Works
Compostela, Cebu with an annual production capacity of 1,000,000 tons of rebar.
Lemery
